How to Deal with Heater warranties wherever you are in Australia

a. Notify us by phone 0429 0429 88, email waterbedworld@gmail.com, SMS 0418 196808 for best contact times

b. We need you near the heater when calling to confirm your trouble shooting testing accuracy [ see our guide above]

c. Over the phone we will guide you to do a series of tests as in the trouble shooting guide for us to determine the problem.

d. We will then send a replacement part to you by post or other arrangement between us. When you have changed over the faulty part, we then ask you to send back the faulty part so we in turn can claim this with the manufacturer

e. You can come to our shop for a replacement

Heater Instructions

[ Holding control with cords hanging down]

1. COLD START Turn dial to warm position and leave till mattress is warm [ie 9am]
2. Then adjust dial to centre position [ie Noon]
3. Re-adjust dial slightly for personal comfort [Suggest 24hrs between readjustments]

1. WARM START Turn dial to center position
[ie Noon]
2. Re-adjust dial slightly for personal comfort [Suggest 24hrs between readjustments]

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Make sure the pad is placed in the bed according to instructions.

If you see the indicator light on the dial will be a dull consistant light, no matter where the dial is pointing
A, Check the connection from the pad under the control and make sure the plug is firmly in the control.
B, If A is OK, then the other alternative is the pad is faulty. This is rare.

Checking the dial
A, Start at the right position [ie 3pm, cords hanging down] The light should be totally off
B, Slowly [like the second hand on a clock] turn anti-clockwise to the warm position
C, The light should come on at about the mid [or Noon ] position. The light may also come on before or after the mid position depending on pad temperature D, At the warm position [ie 9am] the light should be steady and bright If bed is cold after checking pad and control. Do a restart see HEATER INSTRUCTIONS

If the light does not work.
1, If pad is not hot then check power (Use other GPO's)
2, Check power board [ In some cases one ou tlet in board could be faulty
3, Double check 1 & 2
4, Then replace control in nearly all cases If the light is always on then the pad is very cold or control is faulty If light comes on [ie 10am position] close to 9am position then pad is very warm or control is suspect When heater is at temperature the indicator light will flash on and off. This is normal
